about
Download my curriculum vitae here.
My teaching style balances creative pedagogy and constructivism, providing undergraduate and graduate students with training and instruction that will prepare them to be successful in the industry. I am influenced by several memorable instructors who managed to merge the discussion of complex concepts with interactive exercises that noticeably enhanced my creativity, problem solving skills, and understanding of design psychology.
The image links below are intended to help you get to know me a little better. I've long been interested in photography. My very first camera was a camera purchased from a traveling sales man that took 110 film cartridges. While I don't remember what subject matter I was interested in back in the 1980s, I do know that in college I was very interested in architectural structures. I shot most of those photos on 35mm film using a Canon AE-1 Program. I have been a Canon loyalist over the years and enjoy my T3i today. The image above will take you to gallaries of my most recent work.
